I want to start this by telling you I’m not a psychologist or even a teacher or social worker.

I’m an ordinary gal who used to get bullied and picked on at school for the way I looked. (I was on the skinny side).

I had ZERO confidence, no real friends, thought I had no abilities and that I was – in every way – one of life’s LOSERS.

By the time I was 15 or 16, I hated myself and I hated my life.

As you can imagine, I wanted nothing more than for the bullying to stop. I wanted to feel “normal” (I’d forgotten what that was like), and even happy again!

I thought it would never end … in fact, I remember dark days when I thought there was no way out for me, but then I stumbled upon something that changed everything for me … virtually overnight!
